[摘要] The present Agreement in the form of exchange of letters between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the United Mexican States establishes that the German Develop Bank shall grant a low-interest loan to the project "Environmental credit line for small and medium-sized Mexican companies”.
