Shipping (Ships and Port facilities Security) Regulations (S.R.O. No. 4 of 2011).

[摘要] These Regulations, made under the Grenada Shipping Act 1994, provide for port control in relation with the safety of ships and port facilities. They provide rules relative to control of implementation of the International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquified Gases in Bulk, the International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Dangerous Chemicals in Bulk and the International Code for the Security of Ships and Port Facilities.
