Decree No. 1539 of the Council of Ministers validating the Regulation on use of natural gas for residential purposes.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the duties of consumers of natural gas and of the public utilities service provider supplying natural gas to residential consumers, establishes the modalities of payments for gas supply, and regulates other issued related to use of natural gas for residential purposes. Gas supply and consumption shall be regulated by purchase and sale contracts.
