[摘要] Subitem 11.7 of the item 11 of the Ministerial Decree No. 1371 on licensing of the management of natural resources shall acquire a new wording: “Environmental audit shall be carried out by the authorized personnel certified as environmental auditors ensuring non-disclosure of confidential information related thereto except for case when economic activity of the customer can cause negative environmental impact.”
