Law No. 14.878 amending Law No. 14.626 on State Technical Cadastre for Potentially Polluting Activities.

[摘要] This Law amends Law No. 14.626 on the State Technical Cadastre for Potentially Polluting Activities and for other activities carried out by individuals or institutions. The Law amends articles 9, 10 and 14 of the above mentioned Law. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings, as well as environmental taxes, duties and other matters related to potentially polluting activities carried out within the State.
