[摘要] This Act, consisting of 76 sections divided into eight Parts, promotes the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by establishing the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target scheme which provides for the creation and acquisition of energy efficiency certificates and requires the surrender of energy efficiency certificates.
