[摘要] These Regulations implement provisions of the Merchant Shipping (Registration) Act 2013 with respect to, among other things: the Register of Monserrat Ships; procedural matters of registration, registration mortgages and small ships; and marking of ships. It also provides for survey requirements regarding anti-pollution equipment certificates including an International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate and a Sewage Prevention Certificate.
