[摘要] The present Ministerial Decree establishes rules and regulations, and sets forth technical requirements for all stages of industrial development of oil- and natural gas fields, exploration, prospecting and registration of deposits, projecting and creation of the rational development schemes for oil wells of all categories and protection of subsoil and environment.
