[摘要] These Regulations give effect to Part D of Chapter W (Carriage of Dangerous Goods) of the IMO Safety Convention and in particular give effect in South Africa to International Code for the Safe Carriage of Packaged Irradiated Nuclear Fuel, Plutonium and High-Level Radioactive Wastes on Board Ships adopted by IMO Maritime Safety Committee Resolution MSC.88(71)(INF Code).
