[摘要] This Ordinance provides for the protection of the coast of Guernsey. It prohibits the taking of material or breaking of rocks on the coastline without a permit of the States Board of Administration. The Board may attach to the grant of a permit under this section such conditions (including a condition that the permit shall only be operative during such period as shall be therein specified) as it may deem necessary or expedient.
