Governmental Decree No. 633 validating Model Regulation on formation of regional development funds.

[摘要] This Governmental Decree sets forth the modalities of functioning of regional development funds instituted by local government and the Government of Kyrgyz Republic. The aforesaid special fund shall finance the following activities: (a) land-use planning, planting of trees and shrubs, drainage and land reclamation; (b) arrangements for ensuring environmental security; (c) potable water supply to the population; (d) prevention of natural calamities and disasters and mitigation of the consequences
