United Nations Paris Agreement (Implementation) Act 2016 (No. 4 of 2016).

[摘要] This Act provides concerns the development and implementation of measures in Papua New Guinea to combat climate change in accordance with the Paris Agreement, which shall have force of law in Papua New Guinea. Where the provisions of the Paris Agreement referring to or intended for the Developed Country Parties, Papua New Guinea shall not be bound by those provisions. The Climate Change and Development Authority established under the Climate Change (Management) Act 2015 shall implement this Act.
