Act amending Act on Environmental Impact Assessment.

[摘要] This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Act on Environmental Impact Assessment. In particular, the replaced Annex 2 provides criteria for examination procedure which is supposed to determine whether the intent or change of the given project may have significant effect on the environment.
