Order No. 120 on entry into force of certain provisions of Act amending the promotion of renewable energy and various other related Acts.

[摘要] The Order enforces entry into force of articles 1, No. 4, 6 of Act No. 1390; art. 1, No. 2-7 of Act No. 900; and art. 6 of Act No. 345. Art. 1 (No. 6) of Act No. 1390; art. 1 (No. 2-3), art. 47 (sect. 4, 9) of Act No. 900; art, 6 of Act No. 345 shall enter into force on 20 November 2012. Art. 1 (No. 3) and art. 47 (sect. 5) of Act No. 900 shall enter into force on 20 March 2013. Art. 1 (No. 3) and art. 47 (sect. 6) of Act No. 900 shall enter into force on 11 June 2013.
