[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the safety requirements for pesticides. Trade in pesticides shall be conditioned on their compliance with the provisions of this Technical Regulation. Imported pesticides shall be subject to state registration and shall be included in the list of pesticides authorized for use on the national territory.
