[摘要] This Law amends Law No. 11.069 on controls to be carried out over production, trade, use, transport and storage of pesticides within the State of Santa Catarina. Amendments deal with registration requirements to be satisfied and taxes to be paid by any public or private entity performing any activity related to the above mentioned sector.
