[摘要] The present Regulations enforce the Nuclear Safety and Control Act (S.C. 1997, c. 9). In particular, the Regulations set limits on the amount of radiation the public and nuclear energy workers can receive. The Regulations require that every licensee implements a radiation protection programme keeping the amount of exposure to ionizing radiation as low as reasonably achievable (ALARA).
