[摘要] This Decree gives a definition of genetically modified organisms (GMO's) and regulates the starting of contained use of GMO's under the Act. It also specifies the content of the assessment report referred to in section 20 of the Gene Technology Act and provides for the appointment of the Advisory Board for Biotechnology.
