[摘要] This Act provides in article 1 for the establishment, powers and duties, organization, etc. of the Guam Waterworks Authority, in Article 2 for Guam Waterworks Authority Revenue Bonds and in Article 3 for a Drought Management and Comprehensive Water Conservation Plan.
