[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Law of 21 April 1988 on the supply of energy and potable water by the Industrial Plant Basel to the Canton Basel Stadt. The Ordinance lays down comprehensive provisions relating to the various competences of local authorities. The text consists of 5 articles.
