[摘要] The Act amends the Oil and Gas Act 1998 by inserting a new section on compliance with the provisions of Section 14 of the Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited Authorisation Act 2015. The Act defines responsibilities of the Minister in respect of nomination of a Kumul Petroleum Company as proposed by Kumul Petroleum Holdings as the exclusive nominee of the State in respect of the participating interest.
