Decree No. 31 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the list of atmospheric pollutants.

[摘要] TThis Decree validates the list of atmospheric pollutants to which shall be applicable rates of maximum permissible limits, the list of objects causing impact on the atmospheric air and the list of emission sources to which shall not be applicable rates of maximum permissible limits. It contains calculation formula for maximum permissible emission of pollutants to the atmospheric air.
