Regional Law No. 4004-OZ amending Regional Law No. 1912-OZ “On industrial and consumer waste management”.

[摘要] Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional executive body in the sphere of waste management shall be responsible for elaboration, validation and performance of regional program in the sphere of waste management, including management of solid waste, participation in and performance of federal programs in the sphere of waste management”.
