[摘要] These Regulations concern market abuse in financial instruments trading. They implement Community legislation in this field. They shall not apply to activities in pursuit of the Union’s climate policy in accordance with Article 6(3) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, or activities in pursuit of the Union’s Common Agricultural Policy or the Union’s Common Fisheries Policy in accordance with Article 6(4) of that Regulation.
