Upper Austria Air Pollution Control and Energy Technology Amendment Law 2009.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Upper Austria Air Pollution Control and Energy Technology Law 2002 (LGBl. No. 114). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 25 dealing with periodic review of combustion plants. Furthermore, article 29a and Annex 5 concerning a one-off inspection of heating systems are added.
