Decree No. 66 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating Requirements for protection of staff against noise pollution at job place.

[摘要] This Decree establishes requirements for protection of health of personnel against noise pollution and noise emission in working environment. Employer must perform risk assessment of industrial noise and ensure measurement of noise emission and noise level. Noise measurement must be performed by acoustic experts. The Decree establishes maximum allowable limits of noise levels in working environment. Noise measurement shall be performed once a year.
