[摘要] This Decree, consisting of four articles and one Annex, approves the Technical Regulation on Security of Natural Gas Storage Facilities Liquefied in Cryogenic Tanks Under Pressure - Autonomous Units Liquid Natural Gas (UAGNL). The annexed Technical Regulation is composed of five Chapters divided into 33 articles and two Annexes. Safety measures are provided for the certified construction, use and maintenance of the storage units for liquefied natural gas with storage capacity not exceeding 300m3
