Executive Order creating a Philippine Council for Sustainable Development (No. 15 of 1992).

[摘要] Following the UNCED Convention of Rio de Janeiro a Council a Sustainable Development is created composed of government officials of various departments and "civil counterparts". The Council shall review and ensure implementation of commitments made by the Philippines within the framework of UNCED, develop guidelines on sustainable development, act as a coordinating mechanism for collaboration with UN agencies and other international organizations, etc.
