Notification on the import controls of wastes under control for the protection of environment. (Product safety and Inspection: 2015/3)

[摘要] This Notification sets forth the principles and procedures of the control and inspection of wastes entering into Turkey’s customs zone aiming at the protection of environment. The list of wastes subject to control is provided in Annex 1 of the Notification. The Notification further determines exceptional cases and situations out of the coverage of this Notification.
