Governmental Decree No. 409 amending Governmental Decree No. 994 validating the Regulation on the Ministry of Energy.

[摘要] This Governmental Decree sets up the Committee on ecological regulation subordinated to the Ministry of Energy, assigning the following functions thereto: (a) licensing in the sphere of oil and natural gas; (b) analysis of risks for public health in the process of conduct of mining and oil extraction, and also in the process of oil transportation; and (c) monitoring, control and supervision over mining operations.
