[摘要] This Act sets forth the regional legislative framework for the protection of human health and the environment against adverse effects and risks caused by asbestos. Article 3 sets up the Asbestos Office within the Regional Department for Civil Protection. These provisions are laid down in the framework of national Act No. 257 on the cessation of the use of asbestos.
