Regional Law No. 1612-V amending Regional Law No. 1438-III “On protected areas”.

[摘要] Article 12.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In the protected areas of regional significance, managed by state institutions, state supervision in the sphere of protection and management of protected areas shall also be performed by the officials of the aforesaid institutions that have the status of state environmental inspectors”.
