[摘要] Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional executive bodies in the sphere of waste management shall be responsible for elaboration of projected rates of waste formation and disposal thereof applicable to economic and other activities by individual entrepreneurs and legal persons (except for small and medium businesses) generating waste subject to regional state environmental audit”.
