[摘要] This Executive Order provides for the adoption of Integrated Coastal Management (ICM) as the national strategy for the sustainable development of the country’s coastal and marine environment and resources. The goal is to achieve food security, sustainable livelihood, poverty alleviation, vulnerability reduction and ecological integrity.
