Eco-contribution Act, (Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations (L.N. 394 of 2004).

[摘要] These Regulations lay down particular amendments to items 1 and 3 of the Second Schedule attached to the Eco-contribution Act. Any person who manufactures the products covered by such Act may be requested to inform the Competent Authority of his opening stock of products, under the conditions specified in these Regulations.
