Regional Law No. 36-GD “On delegation of some state plenary powers in the sphere of environmental protection to local government”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes the modalities of delegation of some state plenary powers in the sphere of environmental protection to local government. In particular, the following plenary powers shall be transferred to local government: (a) regional state environmental audit; (b) registration of sites and sources of negative environmental impact; and (c) supervision over payment of environmental fees. The aforesaid plenary powers transferred to local government shall be for an unlimited period.
