[摘要] Part of the environmental legislative framework of the European Union is the Regulation (EC) No. 2037/2000 on substances that deplete the ozone layer. The present law by adopting this Regulation enforces the obligations of Cyprus to the European Union, as they result from Regulation 2037/2000 and the Montreal Protocol.
