Law amending the Law introducing the Federal Act on the protection of the environment and the Federal Act on the protection of waters (Environment and Water Protection Law).

[摘要] The present Law introduces some amendments to the Law of 16 April 2004 introducing the Federal Act on environment protection and the Federal Act on water protection. In particular, the Law amends article 5 establishing that the the cantonal authority agrees with the competent federal authority a perennial programme concerning noise protection and protection measures on sonic insulation in the restructuring of streets. The text consists of 2 articles.
