[摘要] This Act is composed of 7 parts mainly regulating the nuclear and radioactive activities. Part 1 provides some general provisions. Article 5 prohibits the development, manufacture, possession or transfer, use of nuclear weapons or nuclear explosive devices or offer any assistance to carry out any of these acts.
