Manufacture, Storage and import of Hazardous Chemical Rules, 1989

[摘要] The present Rules provide for the environmental protection of those sites where industrial activities, involving the use or storage or processing of imported hazardous chemical substances, are operating their facilities. Manufacturers are obliged to apply for the construction of new facilities or the operations of old ones to the competent Authorities.
