[摘要] The Act establishes a Foundation under civil law, answerable to the Federal Audit Office. Among its objectives are: to promote research, development and innovation regarding processes and products that are not detrimental to the environment or health, with a special emphasis on small and medium enterprises; and to ensure the conservation and protection of the national estate against environmentally toxic substances.
