[摘要] This Circular, consisting of 18 articles divided into four Chapters and two Appendixes, specifies Clause 3, Article 22 of the Government's Decree No. 18/2015/ND-CP of 14 February 2015, providing environmental protection master plans, strategic environmental assessment, environmental impact assessment and environmental protection plans. This Circular applies to agencies, organizations and individuals involved in the formulation, appraisal and approval of detailed environmental protection schemes
