Regional Law No. 98/2003-OZ “On forest management for recreational purposes, tourism and sport”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes the modalities of allotment of forest fund parcels (public forest) for recreational purposes, tourism and sport either on short-time lease (for the period of up to one year) or on long-term lease (for the period up to 49 years). The aforesaid forest parcels shall be allotted with the consideration of forest management plan through tenders. The following forest parcels shall not be allotted for recreational purposes, tourism and sport: (a) forestry seed plantations;
