Biomass Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements Electricity Management Law (LGBl. No. 6/1999). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the definition of "waste with a high biogenic proportion" and the "mixed-fuel with a high biogenic proportion in eco-electricity plants” .
