Law No. 2479-VI “On state regulation of public utility services”.

[摘要] This Law establishes legal grounds for state regulation in the sphere of public utility services. It shall be applicable to centralized water supply, sewerage and disposal of domestic waste, and to supply of electric and thermal energy.
