[摘要] These Regulations implement the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 649/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of concerning the export and import of hazardous chemicals. The Technical Regulatory Directorate within Malta Consumer and Competition Authority shall be competent in this field.
