Presidential Decree No. 2/94 extinguishing several Ministries and Commissions and instituting nine Ministries.

[摘要] This Decree, composed of five articles, institutes nine Ministries, among them the Ministry for Coordination of Environmental Activity, the Ministry for Mining and Energy, and the Ministry for Agriculture and Fisheries. Moreover, it extinguishes ten Ministries, three Secretariats of State and two National Commissions and defines the succession regime of financial, human and material resources to the newly established Ministries.
