[摘要] This Regional Decree sets forth the rules of navigation of small-size vessels in internal waterbodies that shall be mandatory for natural and legal persons. Surface waterbodies pertaining to public property shall be considered waterbodies for common use: each citizen shall be granted of free access to waterbodies for navigation on small-size vessels free of charge and without conclusion of water management contracts.
