Maritime (Infringement Offences and Penalties) Regulations 2014 (No. 97 of 2014).

[摘要] These Regulations, made by the Minister for Infrastructure and Transport under section 246 of the Maritime Transport Decree 2013, prescribe the infringement offences under the Decree, the maritime Regulations and the marine environment protection Regulations. The offences are set out in Schedule 1 and also concern fishing vessels.
