Decree No. 53 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection on some issues of complex environmental permit.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of filling in form sheets by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs for issuance of complex nature management authorization by the competent environmental protection authority and validates the form sheets of complex nature management authorization (Annexes 1 and 2). Nature management authorization shall be applicable to operation of industrial sites causing negative environmental impact.
